Port Dover's Nursing Sisters of World War 1
This is a loving remembrance of two sisters, Minnie and Laurel Misner, who served as nurses during the First World War. The book is a thoroughly enjoyable read, loaded with pictures of the locations where the sisters were posted and the many people that surrounded their amazing journey. Of special interest are the copies of many pages out of Minnie Misner's Diary-Autograph book which contains the thoughts, poems and sketches of many of the patients in the Canadian Field and Convalesecent hospitals in France, Belgium and England, where Minnie and Laurel served.
