Who else is researching your Norfolk roots?  Queries is one way to find out.  Just select your ancestral surname(s) above to see if another site visitor is climbing the same tree. (e.g. for Smith, select S.)

These queries have been submitted by visitors to this web site.  If you can assist with additional information, please contact the submitter directly.

Submitting queries is as easy as emailing us. The trick is to do your homework first.  Tell us what you can about the person(s) you seek.  A sentence or two will usually do.  The best way to decide what to say is to review Queries already online.

The three most important components of any query are the name of the person you are researching, the time period in which s/he lived, and the geographical area in which s/he lived. Make it easy for others to help you by providing the information they need.

Researching more than one ancestor? No problem, just send us multiple queries -- one per surname.

By default, unless directed otherwise, we will direct responses to the email address that sent us your query. Queries must include the submitter's full name, city and province/state.

Queries are updated annually to ensure they are current. Re-submit your complete/updated query every 12 months to avoid being deleted from this list.

Email your Queries to webmaster John Cardiff.  (There is no charge for this service.) We typically update our Queries list the day after a query is recieved.
